You can request your files
The client may request a current copy of the website files. Reasonable steps needed to transfer those files will be documented before handoff.
Thirty days’ notice either way
Either the client or Velara may end monthly service with 30 days’ written notice, subject to any unpaid approved work already completed.
What monthly service covers
The recurring monthly fee is not a hosting-only charge. It connects hosting, SSL and domain renewal upkeep, weekly off-site backups, security and software updates, uptime monitoring, debugging and fixes within the plan’s scope, thirty minutes of routine content changes, monthly SEO optimization and local search work, and a short report at the first of each month.
On-page SEO and ongoing local search are different
Every build includes on-page SEO foundations. The ongoing monthly plan connects site care with local search work that may include Google Business Profile posts, review-request support, directory consistency, and a substantive content update. Search rankings are never guaranteed.
Client approval comes first
No public claim, tracking system, CRM connection, paid media change, or customer-data workflow is activated without the access and approval required for that work.
